This internal application reads accounting data from Archon Systems' own QuickBooks Online (Canada) company on behalf of authorized Archon employees. It stores: (1) encrypted OAuth tokens for the QuickBooks connection, and (2) the name and email address of the connecting user, for audit purposes. It does not sell, share, or transmit data to any third party other than Intuit (as required to read the data) and Anthropic's Claude (which requests the data on the user's behalf).
